A different score to the usual thing I like. This mixes "midnight jazz" (as my friend Paul likes to call it) with an orchestra in places. It is primarily sultry saxophone (played by Branford Marsalis) over either a usual jazz style orchestra or with a more "normal" orchestra. The effect is excellent a evokes a wonderfully sultry, but sexy mood. I would have difficulty in remembering the theme and for that reason I feel it starts to sound a little samey in places as well. Although, that is probably my ignorant attitude to jazz more than anything else really. The song is fine and fits in fairly well with the rest of the score. I would say that this isn't my kind of score, not enough orchestral moments really, but is certainly a very good score with a solid jazz basis.
